Jeff Salkin moderates a debate on the plans to provide $70 million in funding for roads, sewers and other services associated with the Washington Redskins stadium in Landover, and the full state financing of $220 million for the Baltimore Ravens stadium at Camden Yards. Arguing in favor of the plans are: Bruce H. Hoffman, Maryland Stadium Authority; Sen. Christopher Van Hollen; Sen. Barbara Hoffman. Arguing against: John O'Neill, Maryland Taxpayers Association; Maryland business and economic development secretary, James T. Brady; Del. Robert L. Flanagan.
