This is a recording of Vice President Spiro T. Agnew's address at a Republican campaign rally in Roanoke, Virginia. Previous to the Vice President's speech, Senate candidate Bill Scott speaks to the crowd. After an introduction by Governor Linwood Holton, Vice President Agnew addresses the crowd on topics such as unemployment, Senator George McGovern's inconsistency on issues, welfare, and foreign policy.
