MSDE annual meeting produced for distribution on VHS cassette. “People on the Grow” was a statewide campaign designed to improve communication within the State Department of Education, the state educational system, and among members of the educational system and general public. Program includes reports on literacy campaigns, vocational rehabilitation programs, profiles of staff members, an interview with Claud Estes Kitchens, Jr., deputy State Superintendent of Education, and a Q&A session with David Hornbeck, Maryland State Superintendent of Schools.
