Summary
Kelly Saunders travels to Ocean City, Maryland where she attends a wildfowl carving competition, interviews artist Ron Broadwater, and goes whale watching with Hal Wierenga. She also reads a diary entry written by Stanley Kunitz. Tom McIntyre, and Maurice Barnhill. J. Wynn Rousuck reviews the Totem Pole Playhouse's production of "The Owl and the Pussycat." Movie critic Stephen Hunter's review of "Stand By Me" is read by Saunders. Brian Whitley promotes the upcoming Hispanic Festival, and the program closes with Maggie Sansone playing the hammer dulcimer.
