This is a recording of Vice President Spiro T. Agnew's first press conference after announcing to run for re-election held in Anchorage, Alaska. During the press conference, Vice President Agnew answers questions on the Alaskan pipelines, international trade, revenue sharing, welfare reform, Vietnam, quota politics, and why President Richard Nixon will not debate with Democratic Presidential candidate Senator George McGovern.
