Shot on location, these segments from the 1998 series include: Country Ham with Fried Green Tomatoes; Maryland Pan-fried Chicken; Barbecued Oysters; and Mud Cake. There is also a crab-picking session at Gunnings Crab House in South Baltimore and Senator Barbara Mikulski shares her recipe for “Senator Barb’s Spicy Bay Crab Cakes.”
