This is a recording of Vice President Spiro T. Agnew's address to the Joint Service Club's luncheon in St. Louis, Missouri. During his speech, Vice President Agnew addresses negotiating peace in Vietnam. He talks about the strategies President Richard Nixon is using to respond to national security and negotiations at the SALT talks.
