After an invocation, Chairman Don Douglas speaks on the success of the Republican party in Missouri. Attorney General John Danforth introduces Congressman Durward "Doc" Hall, who introduces Vice President Spiro T. Agnew. During his speech, Vice President Agnew talks about the hypocrisy of the Democratic party.
