"A collection of personal stories about the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard put to movement by Liz Lerman Dance Exchange and members of the community." Three made-for-camera dances shot in a studio: "Dance of the Electrostatic Precipitator," "Sea Trial," and "Harold the Rigger" plus interview and additional raw performance footage. Created as part of the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Project in the lead-up to its fall 1996 culmination.
