He comments on President Johnson's recommendations to Congress regarding labor issues, and the hope for repeal of section 14B of the Taft-Hartley Act. (Reporters' questions are difficult to hear.) The last 10 minutes of the tape include a portion of an interview of James Baldwin by Kenneth Clark; music followed by a station ID; unidentified congressional testimony.
