Summary
President Kennedy, speaking before the annual meeting of the American Society of Newspaper Editors, says that the U.S. will not hesitate to act against Cuba if it becomes a threat to American security. He says unilateral American intervention would be contrary to our traditions, he says, but warns that “our restraint is not inexhaustible.” Jim Snyder, announcer.
