This is a recording of Vice President Spiro T. Agnew responding to reporters' questions. First, there is an interview with an unknown reporter discussing city issues, federal funding, Vietnam, and college demonstrations. Second, Vice President Agnew gives an address to the governors at the GOP Governor's Conference in Lexington, Kentucky. He speaks on topics such as President Richard Nixon's recent trip to Europe, the Soviet Union's ballistic programs, federal budget, taxes, and urban policy.
