William Donald Schaefer: For the Record
This program examines Governor William Donald Schaefer's four decades of political service. Topics discussed include "the Governor's roots in Baltimore City, his distinctive boosterism of the city and state, the running battles against the legislature, the press, and the National Football League, and his ups and downs with the voters."
