This is a recording of the events at the 19th Congressional Banquet of the Order of American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association (AHEPA). Vice President Spiro T. Agnew is presented with the Socrates Award. During his speech, Vice President Agnew thanks AHEPA for the Socratic award that he has received and addresses political topics such as reforming welfare, increasing the youth's engagement in politics, and encouraging Americans to work.
