Summary
Aired nationally July 30, 1992. This program includes interviews with residents of Louisiana that have been affected by chemical contamination in their water resources from chemical plants up river of their homes. The contamination has caused major increases in cancer deaths in communities that are disproportionately minority and lower income. It covers the community organizing and advocacy to hold chemical companies responsible for the damage to their communities.
