Six hour-long programs offered viewers an opportunity to see the world through the  eyes of film makers from the developing world, where environmental issues are seen as a matter of survival. This episode concerns how exposure to North American satellite television is eroding traditional culture and language in Trinidad and Tobago. Examines the efforts being made to halt this "cultural imperialism."
