Summary
Governor Spiro T. Agnew's press conference on the responses of community reactions to the shooting of a blind/mute man, circa May 1968.  In addition, he speaks on his meeting with African American community leaders, Medicaid, taxes, the Maryland state transit system, budgetary items, the Vice-Presidential candidacy, and a citizen's board.  Governor Spiro T. Agnew also attends a hearing with other governors to discuss the anti-poverty program, on-the-job training, and how the program money should be distributed.  Lastly, a Maryland State College student discusses the student's demands to Governor Spiro T. Agnew.  Governor Spiro T. Agnew then attends a community meeting.
