Developing Stories: Suspended Dreams
Six hour-long programs offer viewers an opportunity to see the world through the eyes of film makers from the developing world, where environmental issues are seen as a matter of survival. This episode reveals the ravages of war on people and the environment four people in a Beirut squatter community. The characters are linked by their struggles, uncertainties and deferred dreams.
