Interview with Javier Salazar, produced by KTAO, is a conversation with Javier Salazar, a native of Mexico who immigrated to the United States and works for a project called The Bilingual Bicultural Studio Laboratory, a program designed to prepare young Spanish-speaking children for school through English language education. Salazar discusses the program as well as the fact that numerous children struggle in school due to language barriers and are often overlooked. Salazar also discusses his perception of the difference between Mexican and Chicano identity, undated.
