State Circle provided weekly coverage of Maryland politics while the state legislature is in session. This special hour-long edition concerned the much-discussed, long-awaited cut in Maryland taxes. Jeff Salkin moderates a panel that includes Gov. Parris Glendening,  Stephen Moore (CATO Institute), Robert Keller (UMD Law School), Charles Ecker (Howard County Executive), John O'Neill (Maryland Taxpayers Association), Bill Ewing (Maryland Food Bank), and Ann Ciekot (Action for the Homeless).
