Summary
San Quentin tape is a compilation and discussion of audio tapes from San Quentin Prison collected on September 15, 1971, three weeks after an uprising in the prison “adjustment center” resulting in the death of George Jackson. The program also contains a discussion with individuals who received permission to film in the prison.
