Social studies series for intermediate/middle school study of Maryland's geography, history, and economy. Four students visit the State House and learn about the three branches of Maryland government from then delegate (later senator) Larry Young, then legislative assistant to the governor (later judge) Alan Wilner, and Rita C. Davidson, the first woman to serve on the Maryland Court of Appeals. Host: John (J.G.) Hertzler. Students: Hope Barbalace, Melvin Riley, Julie Widen, and Larry Yumkas.
