Text extracted from box sleeve:

In the 1960's, the music reflected the times, from Donovan to the Grateful Dead. The same is true for the music of the 70's and early 80's. In this show, we investigate various new wave music, some flowing and surreal, some hard and aggresive, but most are not part of the mainstream that we hear typically out of the media - From Laurie Anderson to the Gang of Four, with commentary written by Ron Sakolsky, professor at Sangamon State University.
