This is a recording of Vice President Spiro T. Agnew's address at the Illinois Mayor's Luncheon. He speaks on topics such as revenue sharing and regional government partnerships. There is also a speech by Senator Charles H. Percy addressing urban issues such as overcrowded schools, garbage disposal, sewer, and overpopulation. After an advertisement for Ultra Brite toothpaste is a broadcast on Vietnam and the stock market. There is also another advertisement for a diet product and story on phasing out large bills and the five dollar bill.
