PowerPoint was the first and only live program to focus attention on issues and information of concern to African American listeners using the popular interactive, call-in format. The show, based in Atlanta, aired weekly on Sunday evenings, from 9-11 p.m. It was on the air for seven years in 50 markets on NPR and on Sirius satellite radio (now SiriusXM). Reggie F. Hicks served as Executive Producer.

In this episode, Ralph Wiley leads a discussion of the ongoing Eritrean-Ethiopian War in Africa (Part 1). The panel includes Dr. Ghelawdewos Araia, professor of Contemporary African Politics at the City University of New York, Dr. Tekie Fessehatzion, professor of Economics at Morgan State University, Dr. Ephraim Isaac, Ethiopian scholar of African and Ethiopian civilizations, Abraham Mosissa, a human rights activist from Ethiopia, and Kassahun Checole, president of Africa World Press in Trenton, NJ. This is a special two-hour program. News report by Verna Avery-Brown.
