Discusses three Maryland authors whose works explore life on the Eastern Shore. Fishing on the Chesapeake Bay is the topic of Randall Peffer's work, "Watermen" and Lila Line's "Waterwomen." Sophie Kerr's works look at the Eastern Shore in the thirties and forties. Gilbert Byron, known as the poet laureate of the Eastern Shore and author of "The Lord's Oysters," is interviewed.
