Governor Spiro T. Agnew's press conference on rebuilding Baltimore, meetings with African American leaders, Bowie State College, and solving the urban crisis, April 18, 1968.  Governor Spiro T. Agnew's statement on the pros and cons of the ratification of the Maryland constitution, May 14, 1968. In addition, Governor Spiro T. Agnew holds a special press conference with Judge Hall Hammond, Marvin Mandel, and Billy James to announce that the new Maryland constitution is ready to be voted on, May 3, 1968.  Also, Governor Spiro T. Agnew holds a press conference on Governor Nelson Rockefeller's re-entrance into the presidential race.  Lastly, Governor Spiro T. Agnew provides his congratulations to news station WASA on their 20th anniversary, May 15, 1968.
