Rape Symposium, part 1, produced by Nan Rubin and WAIF presents a recorded presentation given at University of Cincinnati Medical School in which two speakers discuss the topic of rape as a perverse expression of hostility, frustration, and aggression. The speakers, a doctor who works with convicted rapists and a doctor who works with rape victims draw from their own experience to discuss misconceptions about rape which unjustly discredit victims, the nature of rape as a crime, andthe coping and symptoms of victims, as well as other topics pertaining to the subject, May 8, 1976.
