Summary
One out of every three working women works in an office, and the demand for clerical workers in New York city and the country continues to soar. For many women the decision to become a secretary was made for them in high school; for others, by a job market that offers little alternative. This "60 words per minute" episode features several interviews with women who went on to become secretaries, touching on their experiences and thoughts about the profession.
